I’ve heard so many good things about this restaurant that the minute I was in South Beach Miami, I knew I had to stop in for a bite. Oddly, I had this impression that it was more of a bar & grill setting, but to my pleasant surprise, the interior was quite fancy!
I walked right in and sat at the bar where I ordered the Crunchy Yard Bird Sandwich with fries and a Lemonade. I’ll tell you, everything I ordered was nothing short of AMAZING. The buns were soft, the chicken was extremely tender and juicy and those pickled onions added the right contrast of flavor–so delicious. I even ate the pickles..and I hate pickles.
If you’re ever in South Beach Miami, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the mood for southern comfort food.
Kudos to you, Yard Bird Staff! This was by far the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.
